Lina Group employs formal project management approaches (e.g., project definition and chartering, work plans, time lines, budgets) to ensure that all participants and stakeholders have a common understanding of what is to be done and how the outcomes will be achieved.
Collaborative effort.
Each client project is a collaborative effort between the client and Lina Group. The work we do cannot be conducted in a vacuum; it always requires participation by client personnel. Accordingly, we always reflect client hours in work plans to ensure that clients are realistic about the commitment they must be willing to make. Every project involving outside consultants has an internal, as well as external, cost. It is important that clients be realistic about the demands the project will place on them.
Facilitation.
No one knows more about your business than you do. And no one can walk in and develop your strategy and plans for you. What we can do is lead you and your leadership team through a process and guide your analysis. Sometimes thats as simple as pulling it out of your heads and putting it down on paper in an organized fashion. And sometimes it requires more intensive analysis and effort. Either way, we will help you get it done.

We guarantee our clients' satisfaction. If a client is not completely satisfied with our services, we will, at that client's option, either waive professional fees, or accept a portion of those fees that reflects the client's level of satisfaction.
